Life is full of possibilities. Adulthood has its challenges and Megan is passionate about helping adults embrace setbacks as opportunities for growth.

As adults we deal with a number of different stages in life, these include finding yourself in your twenties, starting a career or working in many jobs trying to discover what you want to do. 

Our thirties and forties see many adults become parents which can bring with it challenges to your relationship and to life as you knew it.

Your fifties and sixties see children leaving the nest and for most people the finishing of their working life.

All of these which are momentous occasions and should be celebrated, but for many people they bring anxiety or stress which can difficult to understand, and difficult to overcome without help.

Megan offers individual therapy that emphasises reflection during these transitional periods and encourages adults to embrace change as opportunities for growth.
