Megan aims to bolster a young persons positive connections and bolster their confidence to cope with emotional challenges.
Megan offers a skill-based learning approach and is honest in her feedback whilst being mindful of respecting a young persons confidentiality. When a young person agrees, Megan provides honest and practical feedback to families to bolster a young persons support network.

VCE study support groups
VCE for most children is their first large stressful hurdle life puts in front of them. Their stress and anxiety levels mixed with puberty and social pressures can create a the perfect storm for mental illness issues.
Megan offers groups for VCE students to learn fun and practical ways to tackle their VCE studies. Guidance is offered to keeping expectations in check, realistic goal setting, anxiety management skills, and exam preparation.
Happy kids learn best. Megan encourages kids to learn about their strengths and to dream big. Megan offers fun and practical skills to bounce back from life’s challenges.
