- 50 minute session: $270.00
- Medicare rebates may apply with a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan
Medicare Better Access Initiative
If you are accessing sessions through the Medicare Better Access Initiative, the following applies:
- Consultation Fee: $270.00
- Medicare Rebate: $145.25
- Out-of-Pocket Cost: $124.75
To be eligible, you must have a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP or Psychiatrist. Eligible clients can receive up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year under this initiative. Bulk billing is not offered.

Private Referrals
You may choose to access services privately, without a referral. In this case:
- Medicare rebates are not available.
- The full consultation fee of $270.00 applies.
- If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be able to claim a partial refund. Please check with your health fund directly for details.
- Important Information: You cannot claim both a Medicare rebates and a private health rebate for the same session.
Assessment Fees
Assessments are charged by total clinical hours at $250 per hour. Most assessments require 8–12 hours in total. A Service Agreement with the charge amount is provided following the initial consult.
Supervision Fees
Supervision fees are $250 (including GST) per hour.
Payment Options
Payment options include EFTPOS at the time of your session (1.1% surcharge applies) or electronic transfer. Future sessions may be cancelled if payment is not received.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
No show appointments will be charged the full consultation fee.
